| Mô tả | Job purpose: Support to Sales and Marketing Manager in seeking and cooperating with potential dealer, implementing sales program, collecting market information as well as competitor’s information, driving sales team to meet target, manage Credit attendant team and SGVF’s POS to ensure the whole team is performing and highly motivated to deliver the company business result Key responsibilities: Develop & Manage Point of Sales (POS) - Seek potential dealer in market place (Motorcycle & Non Motorcycle) - Meet potential Merchants/dealers to set up partnership agreements with SGVF; - Discuss the POS set up with signed partners; - Manage the relationship with partner through handling the problems if any, track and check performance of dealer and make the action plans to improve production, propose promotion, activation, event in coordinating with dealer program - Plan the development of Points of Sales; - Controlling and managing advertising tools and merchandising standard at POS. - Support marketing compaign at POS (if any); Manage the Credit Attendants: - Define weekly timetable for CAs; - Supervise Working time/Attitude/Performance of Credit Attendants; - Support/Solve arising problems at POS; - Organize group meetings when needed, receiving and solving problems from CAs’s reports, cascade new information; - Prepare monthly working time sheet for CAs for payroll purpose; - Propose solutions to reduce BO mistake of CA, - Update and impart to CAs new policy, process, memo, guideline. Supervise collection and transfer process to Company: - Implement after sale service; - Follow up, support to Accounting Dept. of collection and cash transfer process as per Company procedure; Report: - Prepare daily, weekly report on:CA performance, Customers’ feedback, Problem arising, Cash amount, Competitors’ information, Dealer’s feedback, POSM status - Other tasks as requirement of management.
Requirements (Skills, education & capabilities) - Bachelor of Art in Business Administration/ Economics/ Foreign trade/ Sales or Marketing - English language proficiency - 2 - 3 years in Sales or Marketing field - Good acknowledgement in consumer goods. - Prefer candidates with background from FMCG, pharmaceutical or cosmetics - Strong in Market development, Finance, Sales and Marketing, - Strong in supervisory skills, problem solving and decision making, influencing skills, communication, planning and organizing skills. - MS Office - Can work under high pressure
