Part I:  General Information

Position           : PROJECT MANAGER

Department     : OPERATIONS

Location          : HEAD-OFFICE        

Report to         : OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Part II: Job Summary

 

-          The job holder is responsible for conducting Projects initiated by the Management of the Company:

§  Definition of the perimeter (objectives, scope, milestones, deliverables,…) of the Project

§  Formalization and follow-up of Project related documents (Project Charter, Kick-Off meeting, Project Plan, Meeting Minutes…)

§  Coordination with all concerned parties (internal and external) involved in the Project

§  Animation of Project related meetings

-          The job holder is accountable for the success of the Projects

-          The job holder is responsible for the management of the portfolio of IT Development Requests initiated by end users (Change Requests).

-          The job holder will be in charge of ad-hoc Process reengineering

3. Minimum Education            : Master Degree

5. Minimum Experience         : at least 3 years working experience

6. Minimum Qualifications      :

Competencies             : Adaptability, Easy Communication, Process and System Oriented, Agility to handle multiple Tasks at the same Time.

            Languages capability  : Speaking and writing fluently Vietnamese and English.
